We get arrested! Do et!
"Well, that was fun." The Forsaken mused, wiggling his hands above his head. The chains firmly fastened around his wrists jingled against the wall he was fastened too, a new accessory he had earned along with the Sin’dorei to the cell opposite of him.
"…." Farwyn was chained in a similar manner, although his bindings weren’t nearly so tight. He wasn’t dead, after all. He stared across the dark expanse of the room, his wafting green eyes narrowed with an undercurrent of anger.
"You look upset." Lezek commented calmly, as if remarking about the weather.
"Well of course I’m fucking upset!" The warrior snarled, "You got me arrested!"
"Calm yourself. I didn’t have them arrest you. They arrested you because you were my accomplice." He nodded his head matter-of-factly, although there was an edge of amusement to his words.
"I WAS NOT…" Farwyn blurted out before he took in a deep, calming breath through his nose. "… I don’t count you stuffing a stolen scroll into my satchel, right as guards were on your tail, as being your accomplice."
"Maybe not a willing accomplice?” The forsaken offered.
"Something you didn’t tell them! For Lor’themar’s sake, you could have just told them the truth!"
"… Lor… what? What does that elf have anything to do-"
Farwyn simply groaned, letting his head sag forward with a sigh. It was going to be a long night.
"And here I thought we could be friends, tsk tsk." Lezek spoke almost whimsically, before with a familiar slithering noise of shadows the Forsaken suddenly disappeared with a clatter of chains to mark his passing. A few minutes passed and there was no other sign of him.
"… fuck." Farwyn grumbled.
It was going to be a very long night.
