Hey marcel, I was wondering how you feel about cis people making trans Sherlock headcanons? I see him as trans but I, a cis person, don't have much knowledge of how that affects his life, especially not if I'm making headcanons that specifically make reference to him being trans. But I still think we need more explicitly trans Sherlock content so I'm a bit conflicted as to what to do about it
there’s different ways to go about it imo and not everything has to be about like, ISSUES, like super specific personal issues, if someone is an artist or a fic writer it can be as simple as giving sherlock chest scars or wearing a binder or casually mentioning that sherlock takes testosterone, or if youre into sherlocks childhood you can mention him being in a dress and hating it or something. it doesnt have to be like,,, his personal emotional feelings about his body at ALL times or intimate knowledge of the trans experience.
