http://hamletpdx.com/ Good Governor!  The Oven and Shaker folks have done it again!  This sweet new little spot is a treasure.  Fantastic Spanish hams as a snack plate, marcona almonds, inventive craft cocktails and a lovely assortment of sherries to round out the experience.  When we ordered the ham, a gentleman arrived at the ham station in a white jacket and turned on the light to illuminate the ham.  He then shaved the ham carefully onto each plate.  When finished, the light went off, the ham was distributed and the ham gentleman disappeared.  It was a great ritual to watch and enjoy.  This place is going to be crazy off the hook, get in when you can.  Cheers!
