Quick, cut up a bunch of strawberries and make syrup with the tops!

The Fruit Truck came to my city!

I bought way too many strawberries (like. 16 pints?) and made strawberry jam tonight.

I like canning, but it takes FOREVER to do because besides making the same, getting that much water to boil takes ages.

And I was standing for most of it, like a fool.

Now I have to figure out what to do with the rest of them.

Scones? Ice cream? Pie?

Isn't it strange when things line up? It's been happening a lot for me lately.

Like just now! I have 2 bananas that need to be used. I also just sat down after giving Teacup a bath and saw Blue Ribbon Baking Championship.
