Really excited about this petrified wood bangle. There are more to come!! I work on several pieces at a time so there are design days and building days then there are days for tumbling and clean up. Clean up takes so long! I look forward to perfecting my skills and having a lot less clean up. I’m covered in polishing compounds, silver shavings and grinding wheel particles on these days. It’s some dirty business but more importantly its exposure to chemicals and compounds that are harmful if they make it inside your body, which happens easily. Lastly there are stone setting days. These are the most rewarding days and the scariest!
