“I am the one thing in life I can control.”
9. If your muse could make a new law, what would it be and why?
I tried to answer this very seriously because I can’t think of like a genuinely helpful law that Bruce would endorse, cause it’s not like he tries to be apolitical or anything like that, he used to definitely, but now he’s trying to be more active in supporting causes that would actually help make Gotham better from the ground up. And he also recognizes that having all the money that he has can also make him too powerful in influencing these sort of things and ruling from his money perch as an almost aristocratic iron hand is also not too appealing to him. Like that’s too much power if left unchecked. And he’s self aware enough to recognize at this point that he can get too controlling if actually allowed to be that way. So that’s definitely a complicated line for him to toe in.
But I guess if there is really just one law, he’d ban the joker from the planet. Like, who gives a fuck, really?

“I told Rey not to go blabbing. I’m supposed to be a secret.” Luke didn’t actually believe that Rey was going to be sharing that secret, but that wasn’t the point.
“Poe Dameron.” He said from beneath the hood of his dark cloak, “Are you going to keep this secret?”

"You act like you're full of regret, but I know you don't really mean it." -- @shielddatabase ( zatanna & john )
Her brows knit together as she folded her arms over her chest, “Yeah, I can’t imagine why I wouldn’t be full of regret. Knowing you has just be a dream. I mean my father would still be alive if you hadn’t come knocking on our door, but hey ... who cares about that? Right?”
"Don't be afraid of who you are."
The hardest thing she'd ever done was leaving her son with Bruce. Even though she knew he would be in better hands and wouldn't have been groomed to take over the League, it was the hardest thing for her to do. What made it all worse was the fact that Bruce had turned him into one of his bats. She never wanted that for him. Just like she hadn't wanted her own father to get his hands on him. But the moment she handed Damian over to Bruce she'd lost all right to make those choices for him. Talia knew she wouldn't be a good mother, but she had always wanted the best for him. And she wanted him to be proud of who he was. Maybe he wasn't. This was the first time she'd seen him in quite a long time and while he'd grown so much, she didn't know what he was like as a person. "Embrace it and turn it into a strength."

“What’d you do to my droid?” The Jedi Master’s tone was grumpy, but those who knew him well would know that it would pass. Luke had never been good about holding a grudge. Even in his old age, he was more likely to harumph and move on than hold something over someone.
“Poor Threepio,” He sympathized, patting the protocol droid on his shoulder, Artoo chirruping by his side. “Well let’s take a look, hm?” He said, carefully lifting off the golden paneling to expose Threepio’s circuitry.
“Let’s hope that mechanic of yours didn’t do any lasting damage. Threepio’s been through enough in service of the Rebellion, I’ll have you know.”
