Her reiatsu even felt gentle and kindhearted to him. The feeling of her hand on his back surprised him. The moment her fingers came close he could feel the slight pressure, then her palm. Atau figured there was a reason why she'd done so without getting his attention and having him read her lips.

Once they were at a place to allow him to communicate his kind eyes looked at her with a mixture of concern and curiosity. He signed slowly just in case she wasn't too familiar with it.

'Is everything okay?' he inquired, searching her face for any indication.

Had he been hurt and not notice due to adrenaline yet? Was there something else going on? He needed to know.
