"slipping away"
Shift stared into the single mirror of the empty bathroom. Her reflection stared back at her, like it would do normally. As shift stared her grip on the wash basin tightened. Teeth clenched, her face was that of pure anger. "I'm going insane...I'm losing it!" She finally said, her voice echoed in the empty walls of the bathroom.
"I lose my father right before my eyes...I was recaptured and separated from my only friend mist...they're all against me...every last one of them here!" She snarled as she stared in the mirror. He teeth were becoming jagged...the anger was getting to her. "Even that steelhead is against me..." She growled, staring at her reflection again, as she stared she shook her head and shattered the mirror with a strong punch. Shift snarled, but started to chuckle. "I'll show them...I'll show them all...they messed with me one too many times now, now is the time that change is overdue..."
She looked around in the darkness.
"And with the shadows by my side...I will win this battle..."
"And steel...ask for a fight...and I'll bring you a WAR"
