So one of the biggest resistance in manifestation is : Obsession
Many people are obsessing over there desire and this is one of the biggest reason they are not able to get their desires, and then they degrade themselves which lowers their self concept which affects the overall manifestation, when all you need is to just detach.
What is detachment?
Detachment doesn't mean to give up, it just simply means trusting that what you desire is already yours and when something is already yours why you need to check again and again? When you obsess over something you are creating resistance, which blocks your alignment with your desire.
For example: you're manifesting a text from your SP, and constantly affirming that your SP has already texted you but also you are checking your phone again and again, this just simply means you are repelling your desire, which doesn't help in manifestation.
Why letting go is super important?
When you check something over and over again you are signalling lack of trust and doubt in place of the power, also attachment creates desperation which usually delays your manifestation or sometimes doesn't show up, also when you detach from your manifestation, you shift into high energy, letting your manifestation comes to you super easily.
How to detach?
Usually I just affirm once and then indulge myself in work and get busy with it so I forget about it, and I usually affirm after listening to a subliminal depends on how much time I have, and as soon as I click into a subliminal I already become that version of myself, which I would become when 3D would confront, so just trust the universe and focus on yourself.
