yoooo I only heard about the raven method, could you explain us the different methods you use and how they work ?
Hello!!! Omg there are SOO many different methods hard to include them all here. I’ll share the ones I use!
(Side note: I use methods loosely and kinda do them however I feel is more natural/comfortable. Fun fact, methods are just guidelines. You do not NEED a specific method to shift)
The method(s) I use a lot is Raven but also Julia and Sunni! You know about the raven so I won’t go over that one.
Julia (my version): this method you count to 100 like the raven, but you say “I am. I am.” And say affirmations like that in between counting. Then once you get to 100 you visualize your DR and you open your eyes and you’re there!!!
Sunni (my version): this one is pure visualization. No counting and you just imagine your DR room (or waiting room) and think of how everything feels. I like to think of my clothes changing color into my DR clothes or my blanket changing fabric!
Also I always listen to subs (theta waves 6 HZ usually) while doing any method just to boost my vibrations.
