reading manga always starts off as a fun adventure until you get to the point where you no longer wish to have the ability to read because of all the pain that comes with it

I really like the story telling they did with Kate’s costumes, her hair is a great example of this. Her hair was pulled back extremely tight when she was at her most guarded in the first few episodes, then as she grew more comfortable and less restrained curls started to frame her face showing she was more open and slightly softer, her hair is then completely free in the library and proposal scenes to emphasise her vulnerability in those moments. I feel like the final scene in the last episode shows she’s found a healthy balance and is more comfortable with herself, she doesn’t have to protect her family or herself as fiercely anymore and she’s free to love Anthony

itadori accidently eats sukuna’s finger when he’s 5ish because he’s that kid who puts everything that fits into his mouth, so mahito and the other curses start to target him causing his grandfather to die earlier.

sukuna then has no choice but to actually look after his vessel if he wants the kid to survive long enough to eat all the other fingers (that’s what he tells himself but he actually cares).

this ends up getting the attention of jujutsu tech who sends gojou to investigate, he finds it hilarious and decides to bring sukuna and itadori to the school so they can raise him together.

nanami finds out later and is horrified that sukuna and gojou are co-parenting child together and comes to the conclusion that if he wants itadori to live to see adulthood he will have to step in and join the family.

and that is how the king of curses, the strongest sorcerer and the salaryman end up raising a child together

reki is definitely the type of character who explains important things very vaguely and gives the most horrifying information about himself as casually as possible

example 1: reki and langa are skating together one day and reki waves to a group of guys

langa: who are they?

reki: they’re just some guys i met a couple of weeks ago who asked me to join their skating gang... they beat the shit out of me when i said no

langa: *falls of his skateboard in shock*

example 2: the entire sk8 family hanging out at the restaurant
