Do you think that in "the astral planes", the Angels from AS look like the eldritch abominations described in the Bible? These fiery behemoths with multiple wings, eyes, mouths and rings/wheels. I hope so lol it's something I had wished Kaori had added, a bit more of their original eldritchness.
That’s something I headcanon because angels being stereotypical beautiful people is kind of... boring? Like you have a creature crafted from the oldest part of the cosmos and it happens to look exactly like one of the newest species? Kaori Yuki could’ve definitely pulled it off, but I don’t think she really had the time for it. Definitely the talent, though. You know how she is with the bizarre.
