Had to draw a Zamasu/Shin fusion or I was going to die.

His name is Shimasu and he suffers from a lethal level of RBF. He doesn't smile much because it doesn't come naturally to him, it looks creepy and forced when he tries.

I like his name because it fits the naming scheme Zamasu and Gowasu have since both of their names are a play on the Japanese "to be" and Shimasu is a play on "to do". It was a happy coincidence.
