hiii :DD i have a question abt shimeji again

theres the things thats called duration and assume its for how long the image of the animaiton will stay, is there a conversion of this like 4 is 4 second or 1 second or something like that ?

Yes, Duration is how long that frame is held until it goes to the next frame in the list.

I do believe that shimeji runs at a 25 fps, so duration of 25 would be one second I think? (and in looking in a discord server for shimejis, it seems to be the case as someone else asked it in the past. Tbh never questioned what the frame rate was until now since I just do a lot of trial and error when doing my shimejis. ^^')

Even though you didn't ask thought I would mention them too. - Velocity: how fast it goes on the x y axis - ImageAnchor: the point that it sits at on the boarder on the x y axis (so... 64 being the middle point on the x axis while 128 being the Hight of the image, y axis. Can be changed if your image is larger than the normal 128 by 128 pixels.)

Help! XML Files Shimeji

I would like to get some explanation about the terms used for coding Shimeji by XML files.

Message me if you could explain what the terms used in the action.xml and bahavior.xml files mean!

Hey uh quick question about the Shimiji, does it work on version 4 on a phone since it's the only version I can find.

1) You don’t need Java 6 to for it to work, just go to https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp  there are different Java’s for each operating system. The latest Java or any version of Java above or 6 should work.

2)The program from Blue–stopsigns didn’t work for me so I downloaded the Shimeji program from this website (which made the program)  http://kilkakon.com/shimeji/

Then I copied the contents of the folder ‘img’ that Blue–stopsigns made https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/15PMuOuswiTcme_gIxRTmaXSeKxW5OkIj

and replaced the img folder from http://kilkakon.com/shimeji/ download.

3) To run the program double click on the Shimeji-ee.jar file, then a little icon will appear on you taskbar click that to call, clone, dismiss, etc.

4) Make sure all the files are unzipped/ uncompressed! You can do this by using the 'extract’ button in your files or you can copy and paste the file somewhere else.

5) To have more than one Shimeji (like adding Virgil one) copy the content in Virgil’s’ img’ file and paste it in the same area as the Patton one, you might need to rename some files (as they have the same name).

6) I believe the Quiet.exe allows the Shimeji to appear on your desktop screen. the Shimeji-ee.jar is the code to allow the Shimeji to move and to have different behaviour, etc.

Ooh what are these shimejis I keep hearing about?

Shimejis are little desktop friends that wander around your screen, and sometimes interact with your desktop items (though that’s rare with the type of shimejis ive been using) So far I’ve made 2 sanders sides Shimejis, Patton and Virgil, and I’m currently in the process of making a Deceit version. Hi, love your work!! I been trying to get the shimeji thing to work, I've managed to get the icon in the task bar but nothing happens when I call the shimeji. Don't suppose you would know why?
