💚💚💚Marinated and right off the grill... The Forman Grill that is...😋 I decided to dress it up with a spontaneously created thin drizzle... now that did it! . Putting thought, time and love into what you eat is crucial... FYI ... Never had pork... no beef in over 25 years ... no chicken in over 20 years ... so I eat mainly vegetables, fruit ,seeds,nuts ,beans ...fish and seafood on occasions ... clearing out the fish and seafood too. I still have some cleaning up to do on my diet but I am so grateful to be this far. If you need help cleaning up your diet... ask me how🤔.
