11 p.m. on a Thursday evening and what better place for the Hokage to be than the only local establishment currently built to house the villages liquor. Tobirama followed along, as often he would when being made aware of these escapades, if only to keep an eye. His brother did not always make a fool, but if the mood striked, it was good to usher him back at least to an enclosed space away from public eye.
Tending to a glass of warmed brandy himself, a light buzz began to usher in. Nothing noticeable or likely affecting quite yet, though. He'd never been fortunate enough to be allowed such irresponsibility. Such a position couldn't afford it. Besides, alcohol didn't always bring out the best in him either.
"You're in high spirits, brother. What's the occasion? A round compliments of the house again?"
