“Absolutely revolting. You know that right?”

Maybe it wasn’t a good idea just to sit in the park over a lonely cup of coffee in a cheap paper cup, but what could he do...? It was even a bit reckless of him just to go out in public, but today he didn’t do it because he was looking for any sort of trouble or someone to taunt, no, today he was lonely.
He sighed and took a look around, as usual he didn’t spot anything out of the ordinary. Some couples were going out for a walk, other people were rushing around, their phones pressed against their heads, their mouths moving but nothing they said was of any importance. Why were humans always so hectic?
Their small meaningless lives already passed fast enough on their own, no need to fuel their own decay any further. Should he go back home? There was really nothing interesting, that’s what he thought until he spotted a young man and his... Pokémon? In his reality they were only fictional but he was probably just as fictional in other dimensions.
Donato smiled absentmindedly as he watched them play. The children as the orphanage would often talk about Pokémon, that one was a... Abra, that’s what they were called.
It seemed like the young man had noticed that someone was watching them, so Donato smiled at him, using his free hand to wave at him, he really didn’t look for trouble right now, so he decided to give it a shot and be nice. Even if it was just for a few hours.
“Please don’t let me disturb you, it’s just the first time that I see an Abra.”

Hands shoved in pockets, head down, hood up. After learning about the academy through various whispers and TV screens, that was how Tsubomi Kido had started making her way around school. It wasn't all that different from how she normally traveled, anyways, albeit the fact she had nothing to mask her presence as she was so used to doing.
It was boring walking around the school aimlessly, but better than holing up in her room all day, she supposed. Scouting out the new territory wouldn't hurt, either. Her first destination was the library, which was surprisingly empty save for one figure who held an aura similar to her own.
Hands in pockets? Check. Head down? Check. He even seemed to be slouching a bit, though this seemed more out of habit than intimidation. He was staring at one of the numerous TV screens throughout the building, squinting as if trying to find someone among the clips that flashed across the screen. He would've been written off as an unimportant spectator if not for the familiarity she felt when she looked at him. He was someone she knew, for sure, and so Kido approached slowly, her mind doing flips trying to figure him out. As she neared and caught a glimpse of the side of his face, it came to her.
"Kisaragi." She hadn't necessarily intended to vocalize her thoughts, but they came out none the less. He was Momo's brother, she remembered after coming to a halt a few steps behind him. Though she was no longer perplexed about his name (his last name, anyways), she was now puzzled with his very presence. "What are you doing here?"
