All those big shipbots need a drink too.

Good that there are various fuel providers that have a place big enough for their customers to transform and enjoy a bonus stretch while at it. The crew can still hang out on a balcony/platform if they wish but have to be carefull not to fall over the fence and accidently become an addition to their friends drink.

Fliers are required to register if they want to fly in these zones due to some customers complaining (the flies got in their drink)
