I turn 33 today, so I’m an adult even by hobbit standards.
To celebrate this fact I have drawn my own version of “A Part of the Shire”map. I corrected all the known innacuracies that exist in the original version, and added the spots the location of which can be traced with relative accuracy. Though I might have missed a few places, like some smaller villages in Buckland.
The drawing also reflects the variety of landscape and architecture: the rocky Hills of Scary, the lowland Marish with thatched roof houses, the relatively higher eastern shore of Baranduin, etc.
