Brownie Test Batch No. 1

Taken from Epicurious:

Ingredients:

10 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter (I used just 1 stick)

1 1/4 cups sugar (I used just 1 cup)

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch-process)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 cold large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2/3 cup walnut or pecan pieces (optional)

Prep, accordoing to MOI: "Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat the oven to 325°F. Line the bottom and sides of the baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang on two opposite sides." Shit, nigga, u wanna get dat cocoa, sugar, and salt all whisked up in this crib. Melt the fuckin butter in da microwave (cause dats how we DO) and pour dat creamy melted shit all over that badass cocoa mixture you got goin on. Mix, nigga. Crack dem eggs (*~HOW U LIKE UR EGGS GURL FRIED OR FERTILIZED?~*), add dat vanilla, and INCREMENTALLY ADD DAT FLOUR CAUSE U KNO ITS GONNA BE EASIER IF U ADD IT A LIL' BIT AT A TIME HAHA U KNO?! FUCK da pecans. Bake fo' 25 minutes. Peace Waiting on the results.
