Shmini II...Sort of
Hi everyone! This week is the second half of Shemini. However, there will be no post on it. If you want to check out some cool info on Shemini, look at our post from last year to learn about the Kosher laws. We do want to leave you with this quick message and fun video before we go. The way you follow the rules of Kashrut does not reflect how Jewish you are. You are neither more nor less Jewish if you follow all, some, or none of the rules of Kashrut. This also goes with any of the laws in the Torah. If you want to read more about that, check out our post Parshat Mishpatim 2.0 to read more if you haven’t already.
Also, the other reason (the main reason) why we aren’t posting today is because we are getting ready to present at the Undergraduate Research and Creativity Colloquium! If you are on campus come see us! We will be in HJC Room B (the upstairs of the 1877 club) from 5-6:15!
Speak to you soon!
