anyways thinking about that time a few years back when i started seeing a psychiatrist for my anxiety and depression and after unloading my frustrations about being unable to get out of bed most days, having little to no energy whatsoever, and having trouble sleeping every night, he told me "thats just normal teenager stuff."

and when i talked about how i may not see my friends face to face everyday, we still talk over text, he said "no thats not really talking. you need to talk face to face to be talking."
