Yesterday was such an encouraging day! I’m participating in #theimperfectwoman campaign. 🙋🏻♀️⠀ ⠀ There are a lot of big #truthbombs going out that hit really close to home. 🤦🏻♀️⠀ ⠀ I’m seeing that we all have a lot of insecurities in this creative world, but something I’m reminded of (maybe not often enough) is that we were all created for a purpose. OUR OWN PURPOSE. Not the girl with 20M followers on Instagram, not the girl on the cover of Forbes magazine, not the girl with her own podcast that I binge listen to, we are all created to be our own, unique selves! 💁🏻♀️⠀ ⠀ What a relief! I am so guilty of getting caught up in other people’s OUTSIDE success that I forget about my own successes! 🤷🏻♀️⠀ ⠀ At the end of last year, someone asked me to name a few of the good things that happened. I literally couldn’t think of one. Y’all. It’s true. My headspace was full of hard, trying things and I couldn’t see all the good things that had happened! I was challenged to list three things each day that were positive. I came back with plenty and realized that I was just being a little crazy. (Ok. A lot crazy 😜) 🙅🏻♀️⠀ ⠀ I challenge you today to focus on something positive and let it give you life!
