I am always checking in with my clients and coaches to see what their current goals are, and how we can best achieve them.
Some of them say achieving a weight loss goal. Others want to complete a workout program start to finish. Another said sticking to a nutrition program consistently.
But what they ALL have in common is this…to feel confident in their own skin and OWN who they are so they can live a life of fulfillment. 🙌🏼
I want to talk about something real quick…
It’s OK to have goals…weight loss goals, clothing goals, strength goals, water goals, etc!
So many people say it’s not about the numbers, and it ISN’T…I agree!
It truly IS about being happy, healthy, and confident in who you are.
But it’s ALSO healthy to set realistic goals, work hard to achieve them, and celebrate yourself along the way!
And that’s exactly what I teach and preach to my coaches and challengers, to set goals, work their butts off, support each other along the way, and celebrate the journey…because friends, there is no end date to a healthy lifestyle.
If there was, it wouldn’t be called a lifestyle. 😊
So I want to encourage you today to think about what joining an accountability group or even my team could mean for you.
Would it mean you showing up better for yourself? Would it mean improved health? More patience? Being more intentional? Financial freedom?
Here’s a hint…it can be ALL of that and more.
