Shop Update today at Noon! Happy Friday the 13th Full Moon! 🌕 ♓️🖤 Being a lunar Pisces, I’ve been feeling the vibes of this upcoming full moon in Pisces pretty hard all week. Pisces placements are known for being dreamy and emotional. This week I’ve been struggling with these aspects as I’ve been having bad dreams about past abusers/traumas (a symptom of my c-ptsd) almost every night and dealing with heightened emotions and restlessness. I haven’t let this drag me down though, I’ve been channeling that restless energy into getting everything ready for this shop update while also remembering to be gentle with myself and not lean into dark thoughts. I was able to turn having so much to work on for the update into something positive instead of letting it overwhelm me. Putting my hard earned mindfulness skills to work I was able to find balance between being productive and being present with myself and my emotions. Instead of trying to block out/fight the waves of feelings or letting them drag me under I let them be felt and roll by. I used having a ton of photos to edit and listings to create as an opportunity to sit peacefully with myself listening to some emotional music (a good coping skill for me) while the work kept my mind from wandering to deeply into my feelings while still acknowledging them. Now I can post this exciting shop update with pride in myself for a difficult mental health week well managed.
