Translation For Preview Of Banana Fish Ep 4

Hey guys, for those who are following me, I'm sorry I haven’t been active and haven’t continue translating BF previews as I promised. I had to take a break from Tumblr early of this year coz I did had a lot on my plate, January was packed with translating freelance jobs, and also my classes have started and had to finish my assignments.

I hope everyone is well and doing great.

So here are Arthur and Shorter.

Arthur: Yo Shorter! That hairdo of yours is looking like of a chicken/ chicken-like as ever. Do you always wake up at 5 o’ clock every morning? Looks like you’re steadily joining in the geezers huh.

Shorter: But still can’t beat your onion-looking “all back”(hairstyle) man. Should I buy you some onion rings while I’m at it?

(Wow first thing early in the morning is “getting in each other’s hair” huh)

Arthur: Rather/I mean, why the heck you dyed your hair purple man? Aren’t your sense of style getting worst?

Shorter: Why you say? Last time/Before/Once when I dyed it green, a kid that happens to pass by calls out that I look like a pineapple DO YOU EVEN GET/UNDERSTAND MY FEELINGS MAN??!

(HOLY SHIT IS THAT KID RACIST?? WTF LOLOLOL But that kid ain’t wrong with the color scheme though lol)

Arthur: I don’t. Next time on Banana Fish, “This Side of Paradise.”

Shorter: Hmm I wonder what color should I go with next? ♪
