Confession #5,181
This friend of mine jokingly grabbed my shoulder really hard. He was joking and not trying to hurt me at all. He doesn’t know about my chronic pain. I don’t blame him. But that was the shoulder that has been stiff and slightly numb and I think he made it worse. It was just another reminder that I can’t be normal. I can’t just rough house with a friend. And that sucks almost as much as the pain.
Love this new dress I got! The only problem is that my big shoulders are being annoying 😑
I want to do things such as ballet, gymnastics, and figure skating but my body says fuck you. Genetics hate me. Not as much as others but just enough to cause issues.
Stem Cell Therapy for Rotator Cuff Tear:
Rotator cuff tears are frequent shoulder problems that are usually dealt with surgical repair. Despite improved surgical techniques, the tendon-to-bone healing rate is unsatisfactory due to difficulties in restoring the delicate transitional tissue between bone and tendon.

Fuck MRIs. Fuck contrast dye. Fuck me.
I have multi directional instability in my right shoulder. It slips out of place just walking. I'm seeing a specialist. And he is amazing. But I had to get an MRI to see what's causing my shoulder to not stay where it should be. I'll be seeing him again on Tuesday to go over the results.
But for now, fuck contrast dye. They numb you up to put it in. My arm continually slipped out of place because of it. Fuck MRIs. You're shoved in a tube that's not much wider than your shoulders (I'm claustrophobic). And have to hold positions for a fucking long time. I don't have full strength or range of motion in my shoulder. And I have to care for two kids (they're mine, I love them. But trying telling a 1.5 year old you can't pick them up).
I just want to take some pain pills and sleep.

Rotator Cuff Injury is one of the most common forms of shoulder injury and an extremely painful experience that may require you to go for a shoulder surgery due to intolerable disability for a prolonged time. You may experience a rotator cuff tear due to either a traumatic injury or due to excessive wear and tear, with or without the feeling of weakness.
There's one thing I dislike the most
Being told I don't cuddle enough or not being affectionate. I'm sorry, let me just cut off my dislocated shoulder just so you can have affections...
