Hi you guys, I hope you all are doing okay? Me? Well I am getting an bit anxious for surgery next week Thursday 😔 I can’t tell you guys how I’m feeling right now... I’m happy that they finally are going to see if they can fix my problem, but I am dreading the answer when I’m gonna wake up... I got two options; 1) we saw the problem we fixed it but now you have to recover for 6-12 weeks 😩 Or; 2) we couldn’t find or do anything we are gonna send you to a pain regulation poli who are gonna look to your pain and what they can do for you to make it as easy for you to live with this... 😖 ....... It’s never easy but I’m dreading both, because 12 weeks of recovery is gonna be lonely and will suck with all the Covid rules etc.. the second is something I hope I will not have to hear because than I need to make plans how I see my future and what to expect... 🌺 I take every as it comes at the moment, but it’s getting hard on some days... So this is my package for the time being ; taking my books everywhere in my beautiful dustjacket sleeve from @bookbestiesuk and my mouth mask from @borduurstudioan 🤗 and hoping for the best 🙌🏻 . 🌺 . People are advised to undergo a shoulder arthroscopy if they experience acute or chronic pain in the shoulder. The procedure is used to either diagnose the problem causing the shoulder pain or to correct the damage caused to the shoulder.

Generally, the anomalies investigated by arthroscopy are :

-Correction of rotator cuff -Repair of a dislocated shoulder -Mend a cut in the coracoacromial ligament -Recover a labral tear -Extraction of loosened tissue or cartilage -Fixing of fracture arthroscopically -Diagnosis and treatment of calcific tendonitis

I haven’t trained my shoulders for 3 weeks due to a slight injury. Everything that hurt, I stopped immediately. It worked because it only took a few days for it to feel better but I’ve avoided training them just in case.
