For as long as I can remember I’ve been a competitive person, especially when it comes to athletics. . Presidential challenge: girls just have to hold from bar, nope. I’m winning the boys’ chin-up competition instead. . Play three varsity sports? Nope, let’s go for four! . Cheer on Rich when he starts racing? Nope, get a mtn bike even though I’m terrified and have no skills and start racing myself. . However, no matter what I personally achieved I never felt “complete.” I realized pretty early in life that coaching is what fulfilled me on a much deeper level than any trophy could. In fact, I started assistant coaching at just 14 years old (softball), by 16 I was a co-head coach of a summer swim team, and by 19, I was coaching multiple sports and programs year round. . I’ve helped people of literally all ages reach their goals; whether an Ironman World Championship finish, an A time, a league championship, or a World Cup medal. . I love watching athletes grow both in their sport, but also in their personal lives. I love using what I’ve learned (or read) from one sport and applying it to another sport. . I may not have the ability to compete myself right now, but I’m pouring what I have in to those that can. If you are an archer (or heck any athlete) looking to get to the next level and achieve your list of goals, I encourage you to reach out. If you’re willing to put the time in, but also want to enjoy the process and have fun, I’d love to work with you. #trainsmarternotharder #happyarchersshootbetter #archery #coaching #letmehelpyou #themoreyouknow (at Glen, New Hampshire) https://www.instagram.com/p/CgpeVzEAcaj/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
