new rule. whenever a book series is being adapted into a movie or show, studios must hire a panel of fans who apply by writing in depth analysis essays on the media that the author reads and approves.
all castings/script changes/plot adjustments need to be submitted to the panel for approval and must be approved by 2/3rd majority.
panel members must, in detail, write why they are approving/denying the change.
So im starting yet another project. I know, I cant stop. Anyway, it's basically animating my comic called Vampiric Tendencies on Webtoon.
We will need:
-Voice actors
-Animators
-and musicians/people who can write a score.
This project is for teenagers, over 19 or under 13 will not be allowed.
Under is more info if you're interested!
The characters:
MC: Jet. Very annoyed vampire who just hangs around, he has a deeper voice.
Co-MC: Willow, vampire, always tired and melancholic. Voice can be your interpretation!
Co-MC: Iris, vampire, always worrying and very kind, she has a neutral voice but can be your interpretation as well.
Co-MC: Jasper, vampire, she's hot and knows it and always trying to get with anyone, her voice is sort of high but not squeaky.
Side character: April, she's a vampire hunter and she can act kind of nervous sometimes but does not mess around when it comes to her work. Her voice is your interpretation.
Antagonist: Zack, vampire hunter, very serious, rude and insanely manipulative, deep voice.
There may be various side characters added in.
Plot:
Basically, it all starts kind of slow until April shows up one night because she gets lost in the forest. She befriends the MCs, not knowing they're vampires, and a romantic tension begins between her and Jet after meeting her friend Zack.
Conflict:
Zack is trying to hunt down the vampire in town after many reports and suspects Jet.
I won't add toooo much but if you're interested DM me!

So as my previous two reblogs hinted at I just finished watching the VtM series that makes me aspire to write as part of a new future VtM show. Now I understand this show was running on an alternate continuity when White Wolf was all about planning on retooling the game in the future but I couldn't help but imagine this taking place in the greater World of Darkness and every Kindred outside of San Fransisco hearing about the crazy shit going on there.
Like. Kindred being able to go out one hour after sunrise and before sunset, the other Kindred would be all over that shit. The Camarilla would be interrogating them suspecting them of being Thin-Bloods and wanting to find out their secrets to go out in the sun too.
The Tremere would be swarming the Nosferatu primogen accusing him of some kind of Thaumaturgy copyright crimes. Other Nosferatu would look at these Nosferatu and sneer in disgust over them daring to consider themselves anywhere near as cursed as everyone else.
The Brujah would wonder what the fuck was going on with the San Fransisco Brujah. No wonder I've seen this show be referred to as Ventrue propaganda. Their clan is portrayed as out there taking care of the problems, keeping peace and order. Other Brujah would be like, what the fuck are you doing? You're supposed to fight the man not being the man but worse.
No one would believe Julian was actually carrying out his own dirty work and the other Princes would think he was absolutely insane for doing so, also wondering what the fuck he's doing falling in love with some Kine.
Where's the Anarchs? Where's the Sabbat? So much of this show is insanity.
One of the reasons why I almost always defend adaptations is because they’re the same story in different font. It just means new content about the same thing, and it feeds into my obsession
