The director of our next production has resorted to lighting an old dress on fire in costume storage in order to "make it look more worn out than my last hookup." Their words, not mine. The lengths we go to for perfection.
Please excuse any scent of burning coming from storage as we clean up. Thank you.
Seeing Streetlight Manifesto in an hour, line is already around the corner of the block. I'm gonna wait out the time till doors open in this bar while the rest of these sods suffer in the heat.

Night Island Is Getting “Closer” to Us
With a grin, Johnson shared of the Night Island series’ current state, “We’re getting closer.” And hey, at least that’s directional in the way we hope to hear. Johnson wouldn’t say much more than that, but as compared to the last time we heard about Night Island, in the fall of 2025, it sounds more promising. Sometimes I think about the clothing expert on the show talking about Armand covering his neck because he feels uncomfortable or vulnerable.
And then I think about his look from Dubai.
Armand knew leaving could cause a problem, and he did it anyway.
He could have hunted when Louis was asleep or when Daniel is with Rashid to eat Sushi.
Even his clothes are indicating he knew he was about to do something that would leave him vulnerable, that would expose something.
Like, I already supported the theory that Armand wanted Daniel to end his relationship and he wanted Daniel to remember him.
But this is a nice little extra reason to do so.
Great news!
Are you ready to see Armand's past?
Also let's celebrate the show's decision to have Armand tell Daniel. David who?
Justice has been served !!!
