the ultimate predator preys on the young. and the ultimate monster preys on his own young. waller stone, self-professed "survivalist", armed for the end of the world, is the ultimate monster. and monsters must be hunted, from gotham to colorado... or from timbaktu to hell itself. when you hit the child you destroy the adult, denying every future possibility beyond violence. walker stone hit his son, but this time savagery will not be passed on. the continuum of abuse will not reach the next generation... because walker stone hits hard... and his son david is dead. you're less than an animal, stone! you destroyed your own! if you hadn't murdered your son... odds are he would've become a murderer just like you... but there was a chance he could've overcome it... overcome everything you taught him... but you blew that chance away. and now you're going down. i this the fist that beat david? the arm that killed him?! is this the gut filled with hate?! ("please...") that's probably what david said.... right before the end! and the next time you're tempted to raise a hand in violence... i want you to think about david again and about his father. i know i will. survival is always better.
