What pisses me off the most when directors are putting together a show choir.....

Is when your director chooses people who have had siblings in the group, who have connections to resources that help the group (aka money or child of people who do services of the group), and people who say they will quit choir unless they get into a specific group. Yet they ignore the really talented people who devote their time and energy to do show choir and really deserve to be in that group.
