A NEW QUEER SHOW JUST CAME ON HBO MAX AND I NEED YOU TO WATCH IT
okay, so the title is "Proud"
generally speaking, the show is about a young gay model Filip, who is reckless, arrogant, and he has a serious alcohol, sex and drug addiction problem. He shares a aparnent with his sister Ania, with whom he also doesn't have a great relationship.
When Ania unexpectedly ends up in the hospital and, unfortunately, doesn't emerge alive, Filip's life takes a 360-degree turn as he takes on the responsibility of raising her young daughter, his niece, Tosia. He encounters many obstacles, forcing him to take matters into his own hands and learn to mature.
By watching the pilot I can tell you that it is really worth watching !
The script is very well-written, filming is absolutuly breathtaking.
The fenomenal casting is definettly the cherry on the cake
and as far as I can tell, it has pretty good queer representation
perfect if you want to watch something gay during pride month

btw, the fact that it's from the country I came from (Poland) makes me feel so patrotic
I hope this series will become a hit over the globe
