ouch owie yowchie… i need to go to the doctor for my freaking knee but i have to wait till my yearly physical in december but thats after i need to fix the problem ☹️☹️☹️

HOW AM I GOING TO DO THIS SHIT#theres so much jumping & sliding which takes a toll on my knee#also why am i having knee problems NOW.#like yeah my mom has knee problems but a) shes almost 60 and b) she was a runner for like 25 years#meanwhile i did track & field for ONE year and that was fifth grade and also i am a Young Adult#its been going on for over a year now too but only when im active#oh well. add it to the list of health problems i have LMAO#ok ive been avoiding rehearsal but i gotta go back . only 15 more minutes until calmer ish choreo
