Meeting 😀
Probably not the first person to point this out but... It's weird how in the Shrek universe how cats can be pets like Kitty mentioning her ex owners, Puss In Boots being owned at different points (and timelines) by the crazy cat lady and Fiona.
Yet they're also treated like regular people. Puss was raised in an orphanage like any other orphan and he and Kitty almost got married.
These two, they've invaded my mind and have formed themselves into the silliest crackship... I'm sorry for these underrated men of the Shrek universe, I'm now calling you PiperHood
Also have some sketches of them from last year:
I swear to God this is the very last time I'm rewatching the Shrek 5 teaser... so look at what else I found.
We got the first look of Dragon and the Dronkeys and oh boy wtf is wrong with the dronkeys like why do they look like that?? 😭😭😭😭
As I said this is the very last time I'm watching this monstrosity of a teaser so I'm letting other people find details that I probably missed cause I really can't do this anymore. I just can't. Shrek 5 isn't canon. Absolutely not canon whatsoever. 😭😭
But here's a little bonus to cheer you up.
I can't believe they actually kept the Duloc pic 🤣🤣🤣
I really liked her design 💥😭
PRINCESS FIONA
💬 2 🔁 4 ❤️ 12 · Fanto of the opera I headcannon that Fantoccio puts on plays for himself and plays every single character. that being sai
Fairy Godmother and Akio Ohtori are the same person and I will explain to you in a moment:
They present the most important characters in the world of fairy tales (Fairy ofc and Prince)
In fairy tales, their roles are portrayed as someone who ultimately saves the characters from an unfortunate fate
But in their adaptations, they are the villains as a twist on familiar and old patterns
They use their family members to achieve their goals
They want a certain, traumatized girl without parental figures since childhood to fulfill the role of a submissive, non-conflicting princess
They have unquestionable authority and power over others (brand management/deputy principal of the school)
They require everyone to play their role without stepping outside the box
"You don't deserve to be loved" type shit
