Shrimp scampi is a big fav for me and this Shrimp Scampi Flatbread was such a fun spin on the classic! It was buttery, juicy, garlicky, cheesy, crispy - just SO amazing! The fresh lemon and parsley pops in there really brought it all together! This flatbread is the perfect quick bite, appetizer, or main dish for a vibrant weekday!

This Shrimp and Asparagus Flatbread totally gave me that summer vibe! The sauce was creamy, lemony, and garlicky! Paired with those buttery shrimp and tender asparagus - so yummy!

I killed my abs and sides last night! So sore!

Special K Berries with reduced fat milk
Herbalife shake with reduced fat milk
Flat bread with asparagus, gruyere cheese, and shrimp
3 cups of water
Craving: I really wanted to visit the vending machine today =/ Also, my WorkBFF went to Chipotle today and I went along for the ride. Me not caving and getting a burrito was nothing short of a miracle....... D=
Workouts: 25 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes of weight training
