Beach Body - Core de Force
I've started this workout recently, but I'm doing it mixed with Insanity, Jillian, Zumba etc so I won't be finished it in a month (as it's meant). But I just wanted to write a short note to say how much I LOVE it !!!! 😍😍😍

Insanity - Round II - M1W1, Plyo Cardio Circuit
So this was not as bad as I expected, I really didn't end up giving up somewhere in the middle of it 👏👏 Still, definitely more breaks than I remember 😧 but I've pushed as much as I (safely) could. Which means I'll be sore tomorrow. Not a problem, I was planning a rest day anyway 😊
I call this piece "Insanity Regression" I've decided to go back and do some Insanity workouts for the variety really, I'm really bored. I'm not planning for all Insanity, I'll mix them with other stuff. This is a comparison between my last FitTest at the end in June last year and yesterday. Still better than the first ever FitTest, but a pretty significant fall back in progress. I'm not very much surprised 😆 it's really what I expected. So now I'm sore.
To be fair, Shaun T probably needs a dictionary too 😊 His "warmup" is really more than just a warmup. I actually do a pre-warmup before the shaunistic warmup.
It took me 3 months, but I'm DONE with Insanity!!! (because I don’t do *only* Insanity )
Insanity - Month2, Day16 - Max Interval Plyo
There are 2 intervals repeated three times (better than the 3 intervals in Max Interval Circuit) and in the last 10 minutes, a series of random moves. The weirder one is a side pushup where you have the palms in an L (so when you go down, one elbow goes parallel to the body and the other one at a right angle to the body) - very weird, but I managed to do 3 on one side and 2 on the other yesterday !!! I don’t (can’t!) go as low as Shaun and his minions but this is my best at this time.
There’s nothing else very complicated besides this one, just that I get very tired, of course.
