The train ride was going to take hours until they reached the next town...and that was good for Vera since she was prepared to just relax while being on the train for however many hours this class trip was going to take..she was really only familar with one girl so she made sure to sit next to her and not anyone else..
Taking a seat next to the girl whose name she had yet to learn, she placed her school bag on the ground under her feet to possibly offer more support so they weren’t just hanging there and causing more damage to her ankles than had already been done.
Taking in a deep breath, for once Vera was being quiet, the normally pretty outspoken artist would be doing something annoying by now but she was tired since she had spent too long practicing her origami the night before...plenty of time during the train ride could have been perfect for that...but of course Vera didn’t think logically.
