13. Crying

It had been a bad day for the snowball fighter. First he had woken up late since his phone had died over night, then he accidently dropped his breakfast on the floor due to his sleepy manner. Cleaning that up made him skip his first class, and the second class he had a test which he had studied minimally for. And now? Well, he had just tripped and fell over a crack in the sidewalk, falling forward and hitting his knees.

As he slowly got up to his hands and feet, something inside him broke. Tears started to fall down his face as he clenched his hands into fists, small sobs making his shoulders shake. He just couldn’t hold it in anymore, he just felt horrible.

When heard the other come up to him, he slowly looked up. Slighty red eyes stared up at them before he shifted to his feet, sniffling and trying to wipe his eyes with the back of his sweater sleeve.

"What…?" He asked, mentally preparing for the girl to laugh at him and wonder why he was crying.

nooo. i love science-y characters. although it doesn’t look like it, my muse is a biiig nerd when it comes to science. artsy characters are cool, but there’s too many of them in my opinion.
