I don’t know if it was meant to be seen but it’s on maxs stream for all to see so I’m going to speak on it. Lando had a helmet on the ground the one Tom picked up and it was a version of the design from Spa 2020 without the controversial lions but with his grandparents on it that have since passed. Didn’t look like an F1 helmet though more like a karting or bike helmet and max mentioned it had paint on top. I’m wondering if he was trying to do something with it or if it’s a very old test design maybe. Doesn’t stop me from imagining him trying to paint a helmet with his grandparents on it though 🥹 it looked like there was blue paint around an orange four. Idk random and he always has helmets on the floor but I hope he does a spa special helmet he can actually wear one day.

The helmet itself seems to be just A Yellow Helmet, that Lando has painted a bunch of things on! There's that geometric design in the front and back in the style of what he had for pre-season testing in 2020, with the portrait of his grandparents at the back that was a part of his original Spa 2020 helmet! I don't recognize the top part right away, the red 4 on a blue background, but it looks vaguely familiar too hmmm

I wonder if that brown case the helmet is behind has paints in it? Could be anything really lol. But I think the helmet is just one that he's let his artsy side go wild on! (And hey, ofc Max would instantly just Know that)

I have the vaguest memory of once seeing a video/pic/post or something where Lando is painting on a helmet at home (so not a MCL video) or showing off a helmet he's painted or something... but I can't find it anywhere so... Lando lore archivalist @norriszn does this ring any bells or is my mind creating media that doesn't exist lmao

Here are his testing helmet from 2020 and the original Spa helmet from 2020! If someone doesn't know, the black lions on the helmet are from the Flag of Flanders, the flag of the Flemish community and region in Belgium where Lando's roots are from his mum's side! Unfortunately, especially at the time (idk how it is now...) the flag was also used by the Flemish nationalist far-right party Vlaams Belang.

His intention wasn't to put out a political statement of this sort and he was unaware of the connotations the flag has, he just wanted to honour his Flemish roots ("The helmet was never intended to be a political statement, for me personally it was simply a cool design that paid tribute to part of my heritage"). He switched to his normal helmet for the rest of the weekend after FP1!

Ideas for helmet reveal? Last year was a little haircut cause not much changed and I think he’s keeping it very similar again. I was thinking maybe they do a little pit stop on the kart and change his helmet instead of tyres or something. Wonder when we will get it? Gotta be this week and if not he will have a testing helmet I assume… maybe something dedicated to the team that got him WDC. thinking of this stuff while washing my hair tehee

Ok but max has his usual login info…banking info….hes on the insurance for Lando’s cars (as we’ve found out from other streams….he manages Lando’s company…..at what point is this considered a legal common law partnership

He has also known Lando’s PC password on stream before, he’s in a whoop group together with him so they have access to each others’ sleep and stress data, the clothes sharing, yes also being on his car insurance but also Max getting to drive Lando’s cars in Monaco (there’s also one specific time last year Lando borrowed his car to Max so he can take P to a viewpoint above Monaco…) I fear the only thing missing is them living togeth- oh.

i find it very funny that people online accuse max f of "hanging on" to lando but then he skips 1 trip after hanging out for like 4 weeks, and its lando posted up in his chat and whatsapp every night and harrassing him for not joining

Like he was in Max’s chat the very DAY they parted ways after weeks of traveling together, had the stream up on the TV on the trip Max skipped bc he just has to have him there in some way, spamming him on whatsapp, throwing digs at him (their love language), the whole gremlin extravaganza. But sure, their friendship is shallow and tied together by business entanglements and money🤡🤡

Yeah I really think so too. Like let’s put the rpf hat on the shelf for a bit and look at it from a real angle. It’s not like they don’t know what’s been going on online and unfortunately what the public perception of P is within certain parts of the fandom. And obviously it’s insane and deranged how bad it’s gotten. And I’ve been saying the same that Lando will never be able to like put out a statement about it to fix it, I don’t think it’d go down very well and I don’t think it’s fix things. But this was the next best thing, just covertly showing that hey we’re all cool and friends and like they know each other whereas ppl online don’t. And it’s so kind from Lando too to do that, I think it’s the first time he’s properly posted P on Instagram like that as far as I remember.

I really do hope it’s having its intended effect, I’ve been busy touching grass among other things so I haven’t seen much of what’s happening on deeper levels of the landonet but yeah. I hope it’ll now get better <3 P really doesn’t deserve the horrid torment that’s been going on online recently :(

hello there's this small cs55 twt acc that has very mysteriously commented on a martim and lando post yesterday and in december too about there being some crazy lore about *why* martim and lando are close but they refused to elaborate both times and i wonder if you or your followers have ever heard something about that i'm dyinggggg to know

Had I heard anything prior to this ask? Not really, or at least I don’t remember. But this prompted me to research this topic a little and Twitter lead me to names, and names lead me to information.

I looked things up out of genuine curiosity with zero ill will and I’m presenting these finding in a ‘ooh that’s interesting!!’ way and from my end there is absolutely no further implications of anything else. Simply curiosity and interest.

Martim Reymão is the son of Portuguese former rally raid driver Joana Lemos and Portuguese banker Manuel de Costa Lobo Reymão Noguiera. He has a brother (born 1998) Tomás, who is a professional football player, more of him later.

Martim’s parents split in 2014, and Joana remarried in 2021 to Italian businessman Lapo Elkann. Now Lapo has multiple business endeavours but the one of relevance to this post is the fact that he is a member of the board of directors of Ferrari N.V. and responsible for the promotion of the Fiat Group brand. Lapo is the great-grandson of the founder of Fiat (Giovanni Anginelli), although the chosen heir of the Anginelli multi-industry business dynasty is his brother John Elkann.

Now I didn’t find any details of how Martim started to be associated with Carlos, or Ferrari, but him orbiting this space started when Carlos was in Ferrari. The clips of Martim being at the paddock in Mexico 2024 have his step father Lapo in them as well, signalling that he probably accompanied Lapo to the race and supported Carlos!

I believe the connection between Carlos and Martim comes through Ferrari and Martim’s step-father, and has since subsequently flourished into a friendship!! But Martim and Carlos are not related (I’ve seen claims of them being cousins, afaik they’re not).

Remember how I mentioned Martin’s brother Tomás? Well here we get to the *why* of Lando and Martim’s connection.

So, in my googling of Martim, I was faced with the ninth circle of hell that I avoid like the plague: Tattle. NOW! I do NOT take a single thing from that hellhole as truth and gospel, but it lead me to information that I confirmed myself. On there, someone had said a couple years ago that Martim’s brother’s fiancée’s best friend is… ding ding ding, Luisinha. So I took a gander to Instagram.

Tomás IG is private but his profile pic was him in a suit, a wedding suit perhaps. And I looked at Lu’s IG and one of her friends (Leonor Borges Reymão) that were tagged in Lu’s post not too long ago had conveniently pinned her wedding post with, you guessed it, Tomás. And with a little scroll I found that Lu was her MAID OF HONOUR (translation in Leonor’s post, Lu’s post translates to bridesmaid) and was at her bachelorette and the whole nine yards.

This sounds like a long friendship, more than just a couple years. Best friends.

That’s the connection. Martim is the brother of Lando’s ex girlfriend’s best friend’s (now) husband. That combined with Martim and Carlos’ friendship, it’s no miracle or surprise these two orbits each other too.

If someone knows something more let me know!! I may have missed something since I haven’t paid attention to this lore before and I wasn’t around in Lu’s time. But this is wholesome!! Shared circles lead to new friendships yay!! It never seizes to amaze me how incredibly small these circles are😅

I love the slit so much but I have to agree he’s taken too much off from the top of the arch of his brow :(( I’m no artist but I do know a little about brows and if I was his brow barber this is how I’d do his brow!! No more droop!!

Also thankfully he doesn’t pluck them!!! Apparently he just shaves them lol so they will grow back… however when you look at his brow development throughout the years I fear in a year he’s going to be rocking pencil thin y2k-esque brows if he keeps going😔 HOPEFULLY NOT!!
