Pathways 2013 – a creative networking event

Pathways is an exciting networking event, bringing like-minded individuals and businesses together to discuss current trends and employment opportunities within the creative media industries.

Organised by the Department of Media Arts and Communication at Sheffield Hallam University, it’s an opportunity for you to:

network with other organisations in the industry;

find out about the different types of work that people do;

get advice on breaking into the creative media industry;

listen to our key note speakers

find out how to become freelance AND how to find work as a freelancer.

Programme for the day:

1.30pm – Exhibition opens and runs alongside the following key note speakers…

2.00pm – Working as a film/TV producer: Richard Dale

3.00pm – An overview of the industry and current trends : Emily Man, producer and Film Associate for Creative Skillset

3.15pm – European Women’s Audiovisual Network: Francine Raveney

4.00pm – The changing face of the media: Kevin Meagher, Postcode Gazette
