the only issue popping up would be using art with out express consent with the artist knowing you’ll be payed for it since they are the ones that drew it. but with like, fc pics and stuff i say aye
yeah, i definitely wouldn’t use any fan art or anything for it without asking the person who drew it first! i’d probably stay away from fan art unless the person who drew it was the person who wanted the theme tbh.
