    “The words have stopped speaking,” he tapped at his forehead, willing his mind to work the way he wanted. Usually, he prided himself in keeping an organized mind but something had thrown him off and Armani was spiraling into the madness that the Hatter family was infamous for. “They come and they go but don’t want to stay. Why are they leaving? My friends are not here. The day is done but it won’t end.” Words kept spilling from his mouth and he had no time to worry about if Kris was keeping up with him. It was all too much and he felt like an outsider that had ventured too far into Wonderland. Utterly lost.

“This may seem rather silly but I have never seen anything like it.” Luca had found an enchanted stone and within it’s shining reflection, he saw the most breathtaking images. He had no idea what kind of enchantment it had been blessed with but it was unlike magic he had ever seen. His father brewed potions which could be called magic in their own way but there was an explanation and science behind anything he cooked up. By coincidence, Nic had been nearby when Luca realized his discovery and he had to share it with the other male. “Are you familiar with magic?” He questioned although his gaze never left the stone that was showing him places he only dreamed of.

Though Theo couldn't bring himself to play favorites with students, he would allow himself a small fondness for the son of Maui. More than likely due to their similarities lineage wise. Well, that and past the frontal cockiness exuding from the youth, maybe he could see a small sliver of himself. Checking over a few papers still in need of grading, his students filed out in a swarm of bodies, headed to their next class or simply ready to have a break from them. Catching the demi-god out of the corner of his eye, he beckoned with a wave towards him. "Hey, could you hang back a second, Kai?"

Social work was his first passion but music was a close second. That was how he found himself performing for free in bars on the weekends. Either he played alone or with the cover singer of the night. Tonight was a solo night and as he finished another song, he paused to take a sip of the free beer he had been offered before calling out to the bar occupants. “Any requests?” He tried to direct his question to the more sober occupants of the bar.
