So, in relation to ways in how Pokemon could be used as service animals, I kind of just suddenly came up with ways in how Pokemon could be used in crime instead of, you know, weapons of mass destruction.
Joltik: Because of its ability to absorb and produce electricity, it could be used to short circuit security alarms or any other electronic security devices. Its incredibly tiny size also gives it the ability to stealthily sneak through and into vents and into any security rooms.
Rotom: Can enter and short out any security cameras or electronics if you can get it into an outlet and, if you want a subtler approach, maybe it can mess with the cameras and loop the footage, making the guards none the wiser.
Any Pokemon that can use Teleport: Quick and easy way to get in and get out. Plus, no need to spend money on obtaining a get-away vehicle!
Any Pokemon that can use Psychic, Confusion, etc.: Pick up and take any object you want without the fear of leaving prints!
Noctowl: A silent flyer thanks to those soft wings means it won't alert any guards below. Its amazing vision means it can act as your eyes in the dark so you might not need night vision goggles. And it has access to Hypnosis. Sure, the accuracy is terrible, but I'm sure it'll hit when it silently gets up close and personal with you.
Butterfree: Compound Eyes and Sleep Powder/Stun Spore. Perfect if you want to make sure all of those guards are down and out.

Omg, these are great ideas xD I love thinking about how Pokémon would assist people outside of battle in the real world. We had service Pokémon and now we have...disservice Pokémon lmao.
