One point of disappointment is this ice blue color cannot be printed. It's beyond the CMYK spectrum... 😭! Been figuring out how to change the painting so it can be properly printed...

I know I’ve been pretty quiet. Health stuff continues to be exhausting and frustrating.

I did manage to actually sketch something for the first time in a long time! Sloooowly figuring out how to draw Toasty (our new kitten).

Marcus was given to Dean by his close friend (and Giant co-star) Elizabeth Taylor, who felt that Jimmy was lonely and needed someone to take care of. Missing his family, he named Marcus after his young cousin Marcus Winslow in his hometown of Fairmount, Indiana, the son of the aunt and uncle who raised Jimmy after his mother's passing when he was only nine years old.
