Sibling theory has always been something interesting but also weird and wrong for me.

You see if we look at the facts i'm the youngest sibling, I have 3 older half-siblings. But the thing is that 2 of them never lived with me. I lived with my brother throughout my childhood, but we are 6 years apart so when I started to be aware of things he was already always out with friends. And since none of my siblings were there most of the time, I had to be the one to parent my parents. So I always related to the oldest sibling characteristics most. And I can't stop feeling like a clown whenever I relate to an oldest sibling meme 🤡 kinda feels like i'm an imposter 😅.

I think vanny and Gregory being siblings adds to the angst factor.

Like Vanny had promised herself after their parents died to always protect and take care of Gregory.

But then bitchtrap comes in and fucks everything up.

Also an objective in the game could be Gregory trying to save Vanny, and that he wants to bring his sister back.

Actually, I like all of those possibilities! That would explain why Gregory isn't trying that hard to leave- he knows something is wrong with Vanny, and it's got something to do with this place... So, he's going to do all he can to find out the truth behind Freddy's and get his sister back, at whatever cost.

sibling theory:

Older siblings are more childish and silly due to the fact that they had to mature at a younger age to take care of and set a good example for their younger sibling(s). Parents often pressure older siblings into maturity by scolding or even punishing them for acting childish in front of their younger sibling(s). So older siblings are drawn to older and more mature people so they can take a break from being the “responsible adult” of the group, and they can comfortably let out all of their childish tendencies. 

Middle siblings act their age. They were never pressured to grow up or act childish, they got to choose. They keep up with trends and seek to fit in. They usually end up being well liked in school, and having a healthy and supportive group of friends. The middle sibling is well rounded in being both the younger sibling and the older sibling. 

Younger siblings are the favorite child for a reason. Younger siblings are usually the most successful sibling. The straight A student, the creative genius, the star of the show, the Olympic athlete. Younger siblings grew up surrounded by poeple more mature than them, and kids naturally imitate people they look up too, so of course younger siblings are the most grown up! Younger siblings seek more immature and silly friends so they get to play the parent for once. Younger siblings are sick of being taken care of and they want to use their maturity and knowledge to take care of others.

Bonus: the thing i used as base reference

people always give the characters their predictable elements when they make avatar aus for voltron so i mixed it up lol. your bending is passed down by family and stuff after all, not necessarily based on your personality

I had everyone else’s bending stuff outside of just these probending dudes too, but back then I still thought keith and acxa were twins deadass and was really really in love with this team being family so i only ever got around to them

A while ago I talked about the idea of, if Keith has his mom’s blade, if sibling theory, Acxa would logically have something from her dad- and I was thinking about that in terms of what specifically Krolia left behind for Keith, and what appears to be the personality of Keith’s father...

What if the thing Acxa has is a photograph? Like, of the family, before they were split up. And the reason Acxa’s sort of... weirdly protective of, but also doesn’t acknowledge Keith is she’s not sure that the little boy next to her in the picture is him? They look alike, and that gets her attention, but she’s waiting for him to say or do something first, because as it is, she’s not... sure.

Soo I didn’t know what a polluxian was until 5 minutes ago but that sounds really interesting?? It would explain why they look so human, depending on how (if?) vld decides to portray them. Then that provides just like… a nice prime time to introduce polluxians in general.

about the acxa Keith siblings theory, it’s also worth noting that Keith himself has NEVER been called HALF galra. He’s always been referred to as PART galra, and this is even acknowledged in canon by Hunk in belly of the weblum when he asks Keith if his mum or grandpa was the galra and how galra he is, to which Keith replies that he doesn’t know. Even the paladin guidebook said Keith is part human part galra but didn’t say half

Yup!! It’s like a weird habit to say half even though we don’t know the real percentage??
