Previewing! The au! That needs a better name! :D
The day had started out warm. Sunshine had filtered through the leaves of the trees, and the wind wasn’t as harsh as it had been the day before.
Thinking back on it, Aizawa should have realized the day felt, for lack of a better word, too perfect.
Various problem children had flocked from all over U.A. to come see Eri (don’t ask him who they were. All he knew was that they were annoying-). Said problem children, of course, included the Problem Child and his friends.
And, of course, when they asked him if they could take Eri out briefly, and when Eri looked up at him with the expression, he knew this was a mistake.
Of course, he couldn’t say no to Eri, but it still was the fault of the Problem Child.
All of these thoughts were swirling in his head as he grumpily sat, back slightly hunched, as the chaos unfolded around him.
Yep, the day had felt a bit too perfect. He should’ve thought about something like this happening. Not that he could have probably expected it, but still.
“Mister Aizawaaaa!” a girl called, grinning when he shifted his head slightly to stare at her. She was currently clinging to Todoroki, the hair that was pulled up showing the red layering into a soft white. She was dressed in casual clothing, and she was basically piggy back riding Todoroki.
To be fair, Todoroki endured it with a stoic expression, although he looked like he could be dying inside and no one would know.
“Boy, being in a different universe is surprisingly chill,” the girl stated calmly, ignoring the rest of the chaos as she rested her chin on Todoroki’s head. The boy stiffened slightly, only to have the girl sympathetically pat him on the head. “There there, Shoto, I’m not gonna hurt ya.”
“And who are you?” Aizawa raised an eyebrow, still staring at the girl. From behind him, he heard a child burst into tears, and Midoriya was anxiously rushing to go comfort them.
The girl shrugged, pulling herself further onto Todoroki and resting her elbow on his head. (Inwardly, Aizawa found it impressive how impassive Todoroki looked during that moment.) “I’m the Todoroki Izumi of course.” she said it teasingly, flicking her wrist as though trying to look impressive. All that really occurred, however, was her almost falling off and them clutching onto Shoto to right herself.
“C’monn, Mister Aizawa, please tell me you didn’t forget me that easily!” Izumi placed her fist over her chest in mock sadness. “Then again, I don’t exist here, sooo….”
Someone screamed, and Uraraka hugged a little girl with similar brown hair to her chest, whispering comforting words as the girl sobbed. Bakugo was running away. (The reason he was running away was chasing him, cackling dangerously.) Midoriya was patting the head of a boy with light blue hair and a small horn, who was staring at him in confusion. Eri was staring at said boy in confusion. Mirio was yeeting a random small child upwards. (We don’t ask questions. We don’t ask questions.) Amajiki and a small mirror image of himself were facing the wall. Nejire was bombarding some boy with eager questions. Kirishima was talking with a little girl with dark hair, who was smiling shyly at him. And there were so many more.
Of all the quirks, of course it had to be one that summoned more problem children.
Aizawa definitely needed a nap.
Currently, the only person who has an OC in this short preview that I came up with is @sugiwa. Please go follow her on tumblr, read her story, and have a wonderful day :D
