Me: What did you think of the 5ep of TADC (attempting to start nerd discussion)

Me: Yeah honestly I didn’t like Caine in this one.

Me: He’s probably the deep voice from the trailer and the trailer before.
Laz: ... huh. a possibility!
Me: I think since Caine can’t always tell the difference between NPCs and humans, I think it’s a human that ended up looking like a mannequin so no one knew he existed and he had to learn everything on his own.
also ughhhhhhh. i bet now Jax has a "sad backstory" everyone is gonna excuse all of him acting like a jerk. :/
like. being hurt does not make hurting other people ok.
Laz: also gooswworx called this episode "the silly before the storm". I think things are gonna get intense and maybe a bit dark the next few eps.
Laz: also, I loved evil Ragatha she was just so funny XD

but Caineeeeee. my boi. im so disappointed in you. this was not just misunderstanding, you were being deliberately selfish here! I mean. I do kinda understand, he was being unappreciated and looked down on and disliked and failing for so, so long. And his only friend is bubble. dude aint doing well mentally. not an excuse but I do understand it.
Me: If you were in the circus you would be his friend and make it all better.
Laz: I'd like to think so!
Me: I think with ragatha, because of her mum she always feels the need to make people proud, and looks for approval.
And I think because of pomni saying thank you to her in the 3ep, she saw a chance to get approval from her, and probably why she was so bothered by Jax and pomni becoming friends.
Laz: I feel sorry for Ragatha tbh
Me: Same. She’s my favourite and has been since ep2.
Laz: ... I'm afraid im predicting if anyone abstacts at this point, it might be her. She deserves hugs and to be told shes good enough!
Me: did you see that her hair glitched?
Laz: ... that *might* be an animation error.
Me: Also remember when you said if I was in the circus then Caine would be more on my case about skipping the adventures
Me: I definitely think he wouldn’t be happy with me if I liked the suggestion adventures
At that point I'd be like "Caine, I know you probabily don't want to, but if you want people to like your adventures then we need to have a talk about this" -> cuz framing it that way i think is the only way he'd stick around for an extended conversation in that state.
Laz: you think i could befriend caine, even without the knowledge the show gives us?

Me: Also, what was Jax referring? at the bar. When he was talking about “his” story

Laz: adult show. dude makes 🍡 and becomes a worse and worse person over time.
Yah know even though Jax is a jerk I kinda love his and Pomnis friendship
Laz: I do too actually. I do admit as long as Pomni doesnt let him be a bad influence I think he'll be less of a jerk over time if he has a friend.
Me: Probably. I like when she said “I can think for myself” he kinda backed off in a way
Laz: yes! which is good. he needs someone who he can't just bowl over. but at the same time is able to take a joke.
Zooble is able to not get bowled over by Jax but shes not the type to enjoy joking around a lot.
Me: Yea. Also Pomnis little laugh at Jax was so *cuuuuuteee*
Laz: ... girly are you shipping it? XD
Laz: lol fair enough. I like friendship more, but thats just me in general :P
