The Spine walked into Miss Clem’s room holding a small Sprocket. He’s crooning Rockabye Baby to her to calm her, and he looked up at Miss Clem. “Can you give me some parenting pointers?” He asked shyly. “I’ve been trying to get her down for a nap for an hour...”

Miss Clementine looked up from her work, taking her glasses off and walking to the two automatons, the tinier of the two was wailing and crying seemingly inconsolably, oil tears running down her cheeks. Miss Clem gasped softly, hand on her heart.

"Aaw, baby girl" she cooed, gently scooping the crying metal 2-year-old up and gently cradling her in her arms. Sprocket stopped for a couple of seconds....before coughing up a small amount of black oil which dripped from her mouth and onto her light pink onesie, splattering a little on the capital "S" on the front.

She began wailing again, Miss Clem gently wiping the oil from her mouth and feeling her forehead. "Uh oh... Spine. Feel her forehead."

“i can’t believe i was too sick to get out of bed on ym birthday, sami grumbled, leaning back in his seat and wiping his running nose with the back of his sleeve. “but, hey -- i’m 21 now, i can legally buy alcohol, so that’s a thing now,” he shrugged, and then sighed. “okay, i’m sorry, i’m not really good at conversation -- that’s really all i’ve got.”

I'm already sick but I promise I will drink lots of water! And since my throat is starting to hurt I'm going to drink lots of tea with honey in it. I think it's due to our weather bit making up it's mind. It will be really nice one day and freezing cold the next!

Tim fell into another coughing fit,wheezing as he struggled to catch his breath between coughs. Sitting down he leaned back breathing heavily, his features slightly flushed. Perhaps she was right, maybe he was sick after all.
